Lending Library

The 4-C libraries provide children’s books and materials, curriculum kits and early childhood resource books for check out.  Materials can be delivered to child care programs on the Quality Counts van.  Library services are free to family child care providers and staff of centers with a current 4-C membership. Quality Counts Vans 

The Quality Counts vans deliver library materials to individual counties on designated days.  For scheduling information call the DeKalb office at (815) 758-8149, Ext. 239 and the McHenry office at (815) 344-5510 or (866) 347-2277.
