4-C, Quality Counts Resource Van Visits and Lending Libraries
The 4-C lending libraries provide developmentally appropriate curriculum and resource books, children’s books and equipment, curriculum kits, prop boxes and self-study videos to use with children in child care. Most items can be delivered to, and picked-up from, a child care home or center during a Quality Counts Van visit. Library services are free to current 4-C members.

Quality Counts Van Services Include:

• Resources and information
• Library materials
• Community Outreach

The Quality Counts vans deliver library materials to providers on designated days.
