• Supports child care providers in enhancing their relationship building skills and techniques.
• Refers families to community resources when deemed beneficial.

4-C Nurse and Social Worker
offers programs and services to children and child care programs mainly in DeKalb County.

Child Care Nurse Consultants
from McHenry and Whiteside County Health Departments work with 4-C to offer information and training in Carroll, Lee, DeKalb, Ogle, McHenry, and Whiteside Counties.
