4-C members support the activities of 4-C.

Child Care Providers who are members or who work for member programs, are entitled to attend most trainings without charge.

Memberhip is open to all providers living in the six counties served by 4-C: Carroll,
DeKalb, Lee, McHenry, Ogle, and Whiteside.
