**CANCELLED** A Recipe for Co-Regulation

Co-regulation is the ability to form close secure relationships and to regulate emotions in a socially appropriate way. Social-emotional regulation is a vital part of a child’s development. First, we’ll look deeper into what is co-regulation, which will include key players in the relationship and what each person brings to that connection. Next, we will explore skills on how to develop social-emotional abilities to improve relationships and interactions in your program. Finally, we’ll explore barriers to those abilities and how to look closer at how your interactions affect children’s social-emotional development.
