Make Healthy Happen–Create Your Energy
Learn how to strengthen your body to make everyday activities feel better. By getting stronger and understanding safe and effective form when exercising you can improve the effectiveness of your body and have more energy throughout your day. Talk about how you can incorporate such movement activities in your curriculum. Wear comfortable clothing; participants will sign a waiver of liability upon participation. Anytime Fitness will be giving each participant a free week’s pass.
