Mindful Ways to Let Go of Tension and Stress
Tired of feeling stressed, tight, or tense? Learn ways to connect your mind and body and let go of tension and stress in your neck, back, shoulders, and body with gentle yoga and stretch movements. Trainer will incorporate ideas to integrate similar movement with children. Wear comfortable clothing; participants will sign a waiver of liability upon participation. Anytime Fitness will be giving each participant a free week’s pass.
