Together, we will reflect on how behavior is often a form of communication and how connection, rather than control, supports long-term growth. Participants will examine common practices around rewards, consider their impact on children’s internal motivation, and learn relationship-based strategies that foster emotional development, regulation, and a sense of belonging.
