Working to Achieve Consistency for Young Children
Every day our focus is on providing the highest quality of care for the children and families we serve. Many times we are running in a million different directions and wear many hats. This leaves us vulnerable to overlooking certain areas. One aspect of our job that is sometimes missed is what consistency can mean to the children and families. We may make quick decisions and then later realize that other aspects of care were not preserved in the process. Let’s take a look at how consistency can affect a child and teachers’ day and how we can best serve the children we care for.
