Cool, Calm, and Collected: Responding to Challenging Behaviors Instead of Reacting

Challenging or concerning behavior is used to describe behaviors that interferes with a person’s daily life.  The more you know about the person (parent and/or kids) with the challenging behavior, the more likely you are to understand them.  This training covers a variety of topics, including what may be triggering problem behavior, how to improve the parent-child relationships when it becomes strained, what to do if kids are struggling with behavior in school and how to get professional help if you need it.
