Family Child Care providers already bring a wealth of care, commitment, and skill to the children they serve. In this training, we will build on that foundation by exploring the powerful connection between caregiving style and teaching style and how both influence the way we form meaningful relationships with children. Together, we’ll reflect on how our personal experiences and environments shape the ways we respond to daily challenges and discover how awareness of these patterns can expand the tools we already use.
