Peaceful Resolutions: Conflict to Collaboration

Working in early childhood education requires strong teamwork, but even the most committed educator’s can experience misunderstandings or tension with coworkers. This interactive training uses the principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) to help educators address workplace conflicts with empathy, clarity, and respect. Participants will learn to express concerns without blame, listen to try to understand differing perspectives and find solutions to meet the needs of everyone involved. Through discussion, reflection and role play, educators will leave with practical strategies to turn workplace challenges into opportunities for collaboration and trust-building, strengthening both their professional relationships and the learning environment for children.
