In this course, we will discuss workplace culture and how it is cultivated.  What is workplace culture anyway?  What kind of culture does my workplace have?  Can I have a workplace culture if it’s only me?  If I don’t like my workplace culture, should I just up and leave?  These questions and more will be answered during this interactive, virtual training.
